Whipped Pumpkin Cinnamon Honey Butter

I love pumpkin anything and this one uses just a little pumpkin puree to turn ordinary butter into something seasonally delicious! Cinnamon, honey, and pumpkin puree are whipped into softened butter until fluffy and light and so delicious. Easiest recipe to make any dinner a bit more festive and takes about five minutes to make. Spread this butter on anything you can get your hands on, my favorite is this cinnamon bread, perfect match! My favorite thing during the holidays is to grab a cute jar, fill it full of this fluffy butter, write the recipe on a cute card and wrap it around the jar and send it out to our neighbors!!

Whipped Pumpkin Cinnamon Honey Butter

2 sticks butter, softened
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
6 tablespoon pumpkin puree
4 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla

Beat the butter with an electric mixer until smooth
Add the cinnamon and 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree every 30 seconds
Add the honey, vanilla and beat until thick and fluffy, about 2 minutes
Keep refrigerated in a sealed container

Spread on rolls, muffins, toast, English muffins and bring to room temperature before using.
