Waffles and Strawberry Whip Cream

Waffles have been my favorite go to breakfast and this simple recipe you'll see why! I like my waffles warm with only butter, no syrup needed! Until I found out strawberries actually do rock. I am a huge texture person and the seeds always pushed me away but I am hooked and want them with everything now. So waffles and the yummiest strawberry whip cream I have been dreaming about and they are even better than I could imagine! Fluffy warm waffles with the cool whipped strawberry goodness makes any morning start out perfect! For sure these will be a family favorite, Adie ate every last bite and I couldn't get enough strawberry whipped cream!

Waffles and Strawberry Whip Cream

1 3/4 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 large eggs
1 3/4 cups milk
1/2 cup melted butter
2 teaspoons vanilla

In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, butter and vanilla
and beat until well blended.
In another bowl add flour, sugar and baking powder. Slowly add to wet ingredients.
Mix ingredients until all is blended [don't over mix]
Cook in a waffle maker according to makers instructions.
I LOVE our waffle maker from Crate and Barrel, clean up is a breeze! Buy it here!

Strawberry Whip Cream

Put it on everything!
