Peppercorn Dressing Wedge Salad

I love salads and could eat them every day especially the chicken Caesar salad from Cheesecake Factory but then that leads to a much needed Adam's Cheesecake that I cannot resist! I have loved the look of wedge salads forever now and the fact that this salad is the easiest and fastest one to throw together is a huge win in our kitchen! I have been making sure I don't spend too much time in the kitchen with only three short weeks left until our little stud gets here I have so much to do and spending all day in the kitchen is not one of them. This peppercorn dressing is by far the. best. dressing. ever! I don't even want my usual ranch anymore. The flavor is exactly what a simple salad needs and will be a new favorite at your kitchen table!

You probably already have everything you need in your fridge which is even better! Throwing this salad together for your family or a fun dinner party will be a for sure hit and it'll look like you spent all day in the kitchen. You can even make the wedges smaller if paired with a main dish or serve them like we did for lunch! With Mother's Day coming up this would be the perfect afternoon dish to celebrate with, I am all about being outside with my two favorites for a picnic! The pepper is bold but not to sharp in this creamy dressing that will compliment your favorite salad ingredients. It is so easy to make and perfect to keep on hand!

Peppercorn Dressing Wedge Salad

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice [from about 1 medium lemon]

2 medium garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt or sea salt
iceberg lettuce

your favorite salad toppings.
I used: bacon, tomatoes, green onions and feta cheese

Combine ingredients and whisk until well blended
Cut lettuce into wedges
Pour dressing and add your favorite toppings
Prepare to be rocked and eat it every day
