Happy New Year's Eve

We will be ringing in the New Year in our comfiest pajamas and a box of chocolates tissues! Adie has an ear infection and this Mamma has whatever the crap is going around! I totally thought I skipped it this time but when your little babes coughs in your face and hands you her hand picked snot boogers it's a total no brainer it's your turn. I am so excited for what two thousand and fifteen will bring us! This last year was filled with too many oh my gosh's, a very lucky afternoon, and a whole lot of what the's ... and of course the laughs and kisses over trumped them all!

I think every New Year's Eve party needs food and mostly this amazing dip that will for sure be the hit of the party! I think I have food on the brain all of the time now and especially scrolling through Pinterest and if I only had my own personal chef! They would be busy! I got this recipe from my Mother-in-Law who has made it plenty of times and just recently at Christmas and I have been dying to eat more of it! It is so simple and you still have plenty of time to make some and get ready for the ball drop at midnight!

Artichoke Dip

What you'll need:

2 8 ounce Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Mayo (not miracle whip)
4 ounce can of Green Chilies
1 jar of Marinated Artichoke Hearts (not the jar in water)
1/2 cup of Parmesan Cheese
2 cloves of Garlic

Cream together cream cheese, sour cream and mayo then add green chilies! Chop artichokes and add with Parmesan cheese and garlic. Cream all together and put in baking dish! Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Eat with your favorite tortilla chips, mine are Don Julio Southwestern Style! Delish!

you can find these Bring a Little Sparkle favor tags here that you can pretty much use for anything!

Hope your New Year's Eve sparkles! See you guys in Two Thousand Fifteen! #muah
